Babyccino

something for the little ones

The babyccino, or bubbuccino, has sneaked its way on to espresso menus as an accompanying beverage for children to enjoy whilst parents enjoy their coffee. The drink originated from Australia and has since immigrated into most espresso consuming countries and coffee chains around the world.  
 
It’s a basic drink made entirely of foamed milk served in an espresso cup. Sometimes cold milk can be used as a base to lower the temperature of the overall drink. The foam should be textured to a lower temperature than normal coffee drinks for the younger mouths. Often chocolate sprinkles are added for taste and visual affect. Optionally, marshmallows are a popular companion to munch on!
