A Café Crema, like the Lungo is an elongated pour from a double shot basket.
However it is extracted further than the Lungo with a lesser brew ratio again. It is also best stirred before drinking to combine the primary and secondary extraction into one balanced cup.
The Café Crema can vary a lot in volume 120-240 mls /4-8 ounces. A courser grind may also be employed to lessen the extraction time.
