Ca phe sua da
A Vietnamese beverage which translated means ‘iced milked coffee’.
Another variation Ca phe da just means ice coffee. It contains coffee (often dark roasted drip coffee) with ice, sweetened condensed milk and water. For the espresso version we can start with the sweetened condensed milk in the bottom of the glass and then add the espresso or double espresso and stir. Have a separate glass prepared with ice. The more ice you use the more diluted the end result will be. Pour coffee and milk mixture into iced glass and serve. Cap he sua nong is the same but rather a hot version without ice.
