Espresso con Panna is another whipped cream menu item very similar to most versions of the Vienna. Espresso con panna is often a smaller beverage to the Vienna and Melange consisting of a single espresso, served in a small glass or espresso cup, topped with whipped cream. Also known as café suizo, the Spanish name for the drink meaning ‘Swiss coffee’ in English. Espresso con Panna can also be made with a double espresso topped with whipped cream served in a slightly larger cup.
